Great News! It seems that after 2 ½ long years we’re finally coming out of the COVID Pandemic. Year Round Travel has re-commenced operating tours and we’re finding that there is a lot of pent up demand. For this current year most of our tours will remain focussed on Canada, and we’ll be offering trips “coast to coast”. Moving forward into 2023 we’re excited to start expanding our tour line up to include the U.S.A. and other international destinations. As of October 01st 2022 many of the COVID restrictions imposed by our government will be dropped, including the “Arrive Can” app, quarantine requirements, masking and more. The easing of these measures will make it easier for travellers to move around the world unfettered by draconian rules. This is great news for the travel industry as many folks have been putting off their travel plans due to the myriad of different rules and restrictions being imposed upon them. Although many of the restrictions have been officially lifted we still strongly recommend that you stay up to date with your vaccinations and suggest the use of masks in crowded indoor settings. This helps to protect ourselves and others around us.

YEAR ROUND TRAVEL VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS:

Coach Tours – Year Round Travel will continue to only be accepting FULLY VACCINATED (minimum 2 boosters) passengers on our own overnight tours.

Flights – Although most countries have dropped COVID entry requirements, for tours that have an “air segment”, Year Round Travel will review and advise the specific requirements for each country in advance with each tour member to ensure they are aware of what the necessary health and safety rules are. Please note these rules and regulations are subject to changes depending on the destination and the world health situation.

Cruises – Again, most cruise companies have dropped “pre-cruise” COVID requirements, however there are still some entry requirements for some countries which Year Round Travel would ensure you have the information in advance.

As of this printing, some of Year Round Travel staff continues to work remotely from home. We will be accepting in office visits by appointment only. YEAR ROUND TRAVEL BROCHURE AND MONTHLY E NEWSLETTER:

We have had a great response to our “virtual” brochure! All of our up and coming programs are listed on our website along with day by day itineraries on most programs. We encourage our clients to sign up for our monthly E newsletter which keeps you up to date on all new programs released in the current month. Within the newsletter there is a fun contest, travel joke, travel tip of the month and more. There is a sign up link here on our website. Moving forward we’re still holding off on printing a full colour brochure, but hopefully by spring we’ll be able release one. For those of you that may not have a computer, we’re happy to forward information sheets by regular mail on all programs that you may be interested in. Please call our offices and we’ll send it out.
