Our journey begins in Portugal’s second largest city
Oporto and the next day enjoy a Douro River Cruise. Day 4
we visit the River Monho, the border between northern Portugal
and Spain and return to Oporto in the late afternoon. Day
5 off to in the ancient city of Coimbra where we see the 13th
Century University, Cathedral and Monastery. Next we continue
Fatima and Lisbon. Four days touring the Lisbon and surrounding
country. Two nights in Evora, known as “the museum town
of Portugal” before continuing on to the country’s
southern most province, the Algarve. Day 13 to 15 two half-day
tours are included in our trip to Albufeira where you can
take a long walk on the beach. Daily dinner at your hotel.
